MOFL was created to enable the high achievers within the mortgage broking world to have an easy step into running their own business and creating long term capital value for themselves out of their day-to-day profession.

At Mortgage Options we have considerable experience and success in recruiting, training and growing successful mortgage brokers. It is important to us to offer everyone a long term career path enabling us to retain quality brokers while at the same time offering the ultimate reward by cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit which will allow them to achieve their goal of running their own business.

We are not a corporate, although it is our goal to grow our company to a size that will rival the well known corporate brands within our industry. MOFL has been built on the origins of our first shop which opened in Maldon Essex. A small market town with a busy high street, the brand was quickly established through local advertising, strategic tie-ups with local estate agents and a growing reputation on the back of outstanding customer service.

We believe that in MOFL we have created a strong brand based on firm beliefs of truly independent advice, professionally delivered to ensure that Mortgage Options becomes the ‘Option of Choice’ for all individuals seeking mortgage advice. The partners with whom we choose to go into business with and open new mortgage shops are selected because of their ability to deliver long term value to the company through their vision, determination and dedication.
