Broker Vacancy – Maldon & Billericay in Essex
We have a vacancy for an estate agency based mortgage broker to work out of a busy well established three branch account. The position is self employed with a competitive commission share structure. Broker Vacancy – Chesterfield, Derbyshire
We Have a vacancy for an estate agency based mortgage broker to work out of our Chesterfield mortgage shop. Responsibilities will dealing with walk-in trade, covering one estate agency account as and when required and willingness to act as a Field Sales broker working off supplied appointments and visiting customers in their own homes. Telesales Person – Grantham
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fulfill a telesales role within our Peterborough regional office. We currently have three telesales people working as a team and we are looking to expand this to four in order to satisfy demand. The role is to call internet leads in order to qualify them individually before booking appointments for our mortgage brokers to visit them in their own homes. At MOFL we are always looking for potential franchisees. It is our aim to expand MOFL to over 40 shops as quickly as possible and as such we will be very pleased to hear from you if you feel you have the right candidates for us in any area where MOFL is not currently represented. Requirements of a potential franchisee
The franchise proposition is aimed at those mortgage brokers who can demonstrate a consistently good track record, are self-starters, want their own business and have probably outgrown their current position. We offer the right candidates the opportunity to set up their own mortgage broking business from high street located premises. Operating under the Mortgage Options brand we offer Compliance, Administration, Personnel Training & Development, Infrastructure, Sales Training and continual support and development. In return we are looking for entrepreneurial people who want to make it happen. Geographical Requirements
We will look at any town where Mortgage Options is not currently represented. We are looking for secondary towns with 35,000 or more households and a busy town centre with plenty of High Street footfall such as Witney in Oxfordshire or Arnold in Nottinghamshire. These towns offer good locations with affordable retail premises whereas Oxford or Nottingham themselves would be considered to expensive for our model.
We can give advice on area and will assist potential franchisees with the search and acquisition of suitable premises. If in doubt call to ask.
