The various training resources that Mortgage Options has developed and will develop in the future are very much for your benefit. We hope that you will enjoy our training courses and be able to put into practice what you learn immediately.

As an employee in the past, you may have found training to be a real chore. Now that you have your own Mortgage Options franchise, we believe that our training courses will provide your business with a real resource to accelerate your way up the learning curve to improve performance and consequently profits.

Initially we will support you with a 2 week induction course providing you and your business with the knowledge of our products, systems and business opportunities available to ensure you maximise your potential.

Other Areas to be covered during this training are, HR guidance and regulation, Health & Safety, Marketing and Recruitment to name just a few In fact everything you will require to ensure maximum success for your business from the start.

But it does not stop there. Key to any persons’ success in this industry is ongoing personal development and support. You will therefore benefit from our in-house bespoke Personal Development Plan (PDP) developed to ensure that both yours and your businesses needs are effectively managed and developed.

Some of the training will be mandatory to ensure you are able to adhere to the necessary FSA guidelines and ‘Best Practice’ and some will be optional. We run regular courses on everything from Estate Agency Referral Training, Effective Fee Charging through to Maximising Case Values.
